  Extent of Judicial Comms power ?

  my question is,because i have always thought that the extent of their power was in a geographic sense, their "parish" or territory, i imagined that if i moved congo.

  "officially ",i.e said i am going to such and such a hall, and then never showed up,would either congo.

  have any power over me,even if i had not moved home from the original congo's territory ?.

  Facts:
  
  Magic Johnson was a professional athlete.
  He was one of the best ever at what he did (Hall of Fame, perennial All-Star, etc.)
  He admitted to leading a very promiscuous lifestyle.
  He contracted the HIV virus
  
  He is a multi-millionaire. $$$
  
  
  Someone who was in better-than-average shape to begin with contracts HIV. He already is in a habit of working out and eating decently. Coupled with millions of dollars for the best therapies, I would be surprised if he "looked" any other way.
